At the next monthly BNA meeting on March 14, we’ll open the slate of officers for the May 9 election. To be elected: Director, Assistant Director, Secretary, and Treasurer. The term of office is one year, beginning June 1; no term limits. Candidates can be nominated by anyone, including oneself. Would you like to become more active in our neighborhood by serving as a BNA officer?
We also encourage more people to participate in the Leadership Team. Per the Bylaws, “Members of the BNA Leadership Team shall consist of the officers and members who attend monthly Leadership Team meetings and contribute toward the regular operation and direction of the BNA.” In other words, there’s no election for the Leadership Team. If you come to our monthly meetings regularly and help with BNA direction and activities, you’re a member!
